I have been training with Katie at Elite Training Cinci for over a year and a half. It has become such an important part of my workout routine. I average about 2-3 sessions a week. I have tried many different training programs and workouts over the course my 40 years. The personal training program offered by Katie at Elite Training Cinci has yielded wonderful physical and mental results for me. They are unmatched. I am a certified personal trainer through The International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). I also have a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Sports Management.
I have always been passionate about fitness, having played a wide variety of sports since childhood. I hold a current passbook with USA boxing and often compete in tournaments and matches.
